Trade

I have inadvertently concluded a trade for a product that I do not own or need. What should I do?

  • In this case, please contact the trading partner specified in the trade file immediately so that you can quickly resolve the problem together.

I do not receive a trade confirmation after a purchase. What can I do?

  • Please check your spam folder for the trade confirmation. The sender is: noreply@app.bearingx.io
  • Check under I am a Buyer > Buy History whether you have entered the correct email address.
  • Contact us and we will get to the bottom of the problem.

Products

I have concluded a trade but have not yet received any products. Who do I need to contact?

  • It is best to first contact the buyer of the trading partner directly. You can find the contact with the email address under I am a Buyer > Buy History
